The reason why I haven't shared my son's name yet is because it was a bit hard to decided the name :) But now alhamdolillah it's confirmed... My son's name will be "NOOH" after Prophet Nooh (Noah) alayhi assalaam :) Plz remember him in your intimate prayers :)

Austria was the first European country to recognize Islam by law 100 years ago. The legal recognition in 1912 resulted in an accredited and authorized religious community for all Muslim citizens in Austria. This fact has contributed that Austrian Muslims enjoy the same rights like other recognized religious communities in the country. This year sees the celebration of the 100th anniversary. Therefore, the Islamic Religious Community in Austria organizes two ceremonies in the Vienna:
1st ceremony: Vienna City Hall, on June 29, 2012
2nd ceremony: Islamic Centre, on June 30, 2012 (3:00 pm)

The concert of the year
Awakening Live and Save An Orphan are delighted to announce a live charity concert at London's HMV Hammersmith Apollo. It will take place at 6pm on Saturday 14th April 2012, bringing together artists from around the world for a fantastic night of fundraising, celebration and remembrance.
The theme of the concert will be to raise awareness of the plight of orphans in around the world. Proceeds will go to Save An Orphan.
The evening will also be a highlight for the launch of a new album by Maher Zain and also feature an exclusive music video aired for the first time - 'So Soon' (directed by Mike Harris). Songs from the album will be performed for the first time at the charity concert.
Other performers on the night will include Hamza Namira (Egypt), Mesut Kurtis (Macedonia), Irfan Makki (Canada), and Raef (USA).
This wonderful blend of artists will come together to perform a myriad of entertaining and spiritually uplifting songs.

Biography:
Leaving behind a lucrative career in the mainstream music industry in New York wherein he worked with internationally renowned producer RedOne who has worked with chart-topping artists Akon, Lady Gaga, Enrique Iglesias and the late Michael Jackson to mention just a few, Maher chose instead to make music which reflects his roots of being both European, Arab and Muslim and he is working with Awakening Records (who launched the career of British artist Sami Yusuf) to inspire the youth across the world. In early March 2010, Maher's debut album Thank You Allah (released by Awakening Records) was the No.1 highest selling album on Amazon (in the world music section). Maher has already had concerts in Sweden, Canada, Australia, US, UK, France, Egypt, Algeria, and Bahrain to mention just a few. With his passion, incredible talent and unique style, the sky is the limit for Maher.
Maher’s first musical inspiration came from his father, who was a singer himself, performing locally in the beautiful Mediterranean city of Tripoli - Lebanon. Fascinated by the music and instruments, Maher got his first keyboard when he was only ten and ever since music officially became an integral part of Maher’s world. His family moved to Sweden when Maher was only 8, where he continued his schooling, and later entered university and got a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering. With things changing around him, one thing remained the same - his strong passion for music.
